30-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The incorrect item was received.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

As our products are currently shipped from our international fulfillment center, return shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

We recommend contacting our support team before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used hair growth devices
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Items returned without original packaging

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact us at support@foliviax.com.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All FoliviaX™ devices are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
